These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and huat356 (hereinafter "huat356", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the huat356 online gaming platform accessible at https://huat356.cam and all related services provided therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on huat356, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and individual promotion terms.

To register and maintain an account on huat356, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• ▸You must not be a current employee, consultant, director, or contractor of huat356 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• ▸You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on huat356 or any related gambling platform operated by huat356's parent or affiliated entities.
• ▸You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and agree to update such information promptly should it change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on huat356. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide a valid email address, unique username, and a secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. huat356 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.

You must notify huat356 support immediately via the platform's live chat function if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. huat356 accepts no liability for any losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.

• ▸Account registration is free of charge and carries no mandatory commitment to deposit.
• ▸huat356 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• ▸Account information, including registered name and date of birth, cannot be altered after KYC verification has been completed without written approval from the compliance team.

huat356 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. huat356 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes of approval during standard operating hours.

• ▸All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the huat356 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ▸huat356 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent the release of funds.
• ▸Deposits made using a payment method linked to a fraudulent transaction will be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• ▸huat356 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposit and withdrawal methods; however, your individual bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
• ▸Unused account balances are not subject to dormancy fees for a period of twelve (12) months. After twenty-four (24) months of account inactivity, an administrative fee may be applied as detailed in the cashier section.

huat356 offers a range of promotions to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, festival promotions, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and the referal programme. Each promotion is governed by its own individual terms and conditions, which are published on the promotional page and must be read in full before opting in.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements indicate the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be played through on qualifying games before a withdrawal request may be submitted.

• ▸Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute bonus abuse.
• ▸huat356 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• ▸Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements are fully met. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus are withdrawable at any time, subject to standard KYC requirements.
• ▸If a Player withdraws their deposit before meeting the wagering requirement of an associated bonus, the bonus and any winings derived therefrom will be forfeited automatically.
• ▸Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible accounts within 72 hours of the registered birthday and are subject to tier eligibility as defined in the VIP programme terms. Amounts: Bronze MYR 188, Silver MYR 388, Gold MYR 888, VIP and above MYR 2,688.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing a wager.

• ▸All bets must be placed using a positive real-money or bonus balance. Bets placed when a Player's balance is insufficient will not be processed.
• ▸Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. In the case of live sports betting, bets placed prior to a match suspension may be voided at huat356's discretion.

• ▸In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active game round, huat356 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• ▸Maximum bet limits may apply during bonus play. Placing bets that exceed the specified maximum bonus bet limit will result in forfeiture of associated bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the huat356 Platform. huat356 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension and fund forfeiture, against any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct:

• ▸Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• ▸Coluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair edge over other participants.
• ▸Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of technical errors in game software or odds pricing.
• ▸Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. huat356 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• ▸Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account.
• ▸Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with huat356's support or compliance teams.
• ▸Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technical measure to circumvent geographic restrictions.

huat356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. In circumstances where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC requirements.

In cases where account closure results from a breach of these Terms, huat356 reserves the right to withold any remaining balance pending a full compliance review. If the breach is confirmed, all funds associated with the breach may be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, huat356 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

huat356 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. huat356 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

In the event of a verifiable technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display or game outcome, huat356's liability is limited to returning the Player's original stake. No winings calculated on the basis of an eroneous display will be honoured.

huat356 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

huat356 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. huat356 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with unafiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

huat356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the Platform's homepage or via email to the registered account address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which huat356 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution.
